Format
We are using the same format as the previous event which was played in February 2019, we will play as two teams of 4 players in groups of 8 using the Scramble elimination format.
Conditions
One of the conditions of the event requires a club to receive 108 entries for two teams to be eligible to compete in the Regional Final. Therefore this year we will be conducting the Volkswagon Scramble at 7:00am and 12:30pm shotgun starts with the leading two teams from both sessions qualifying for the Regional Final providing 108 entries are received at both sessions.
As a requirement for a player to be eligible to compete at the Regional Final, the player must have played five handicapped competition rounds between 1st August 2019 and 1st March 2020, so please ensure that all players are aware of this requirement prior to the event.
Regional Final: The Regional Final will be played during March 2020 and the venue will be announced early in the new year.
National Final: May 2020 at Twin Waters Resort
